Aus heutiger Sicht sei zwar kein Einbruch bei den Steuereinnahmen zu erwarten, aber doch ein spürbarer Rückgang um mehrere Milliarden Euro.
Erhebliche negative Auswirkungen
"Bleibt die Konjunktur weiter schwach, kann das im Wahljahr 2021 erhebliche negative Auswirkungen auf die Haushalte von Bund, Ländern, Gemeinden und Sozialversicherungen haben", warnte Boysen-Hogrefe. Ähnlich äußerten sich die Steuerschätzer anderer Forschungsinstitute. Wie stark der Rückgang der Steuereinnahmen konkret ausfalle, hänge von der nächsten Konjunkturprognose der Regierung ab.
