Dem ARD-Politikmagazin Kontraste und rbb24-Recherche sollen Fotos vorliegen, die das Bundeskriminalamt auf dem Handy des Attentäters Anis Amri sichergestellt hat. Darunter ist auch ein Foto, das den Terroristen vor dem Wohnhaus von Angela Merkel zeige.
Zahlreiche andere Fotos habe Amri am selben Tag in der Umgebung des Berliner Doms gemacht. Nach Einschätzung des Bundeskriminalamts könnten diese Fotos dazu gedient haben, mögliche Anschlagsziele auszukundschaften. Die Fotos seien am 23. Oktober 2016, knapp sieben Wochen vor dem Weihnachtsmarkt-Attentat, entstanden. Amri zeige auf einem Selfie vor dem Berliner Dom mit entschlossener Miene den Tauhid-Finger, sein Bekenntnis zum Islam. Die BKA-Ermittler seien in ihrem Auswertungsvermerk ein halbes Jahr später zu dem Schluss gekommen, dass Amri den Bereich um den Berliner Dom zu diesem Zeitpunkt "als potentielles Anschlagsziel in Betracht gezogen haben könnte".
Amri lichtet sich vor dem Wohnhaus von Angela Merkel ab
Wenige Minuten zuvor habe der Terrorist sich auch vor dem Wohnhaus von Angela Merkel abgelichtet. Die Ermittler des BKA erwähnten in ihrer Auswertung jedoch nur das benachbarte Magnus-Haus, seit Jahren Sitz der Deutschen Physikalischen Gesellschaft. "Dass hier nicht mal die Option, dass hier auch das Haus der Kanzlerin betroffen sein könnte, in den Akten vermerkt ist, hat uns sehr irritiert.", sagt der Grüne Innenexperte Konstantin von Notz.
Bundesanwaltschaft will den Vorgang nicht kommentieren
"Darüber werden die Sicherheitsbehörden Auskunft geben müssen. Das ist ein relevanter Sicherheitsaspekt für unser Land", so von Notz weiter. Auch die Frage, ob das Kanzleramt über den Vorgang informiert wurde, bleibe unbeantwortet. Die für die Ermittlungen zuständige Bundesanwaltschaft wollte den Vorgang auf Anfrage nicht kommentieren. Im Herbst 2016 habe Amri noch weitere Orte in Berlin aus verschiedenen Perspektiven aufgenommen: die Oberbaumbrücke in Kreuzberg und Party Locations in der Nähe, schließlich den Weihnachtsmarkt am Breitscheidplatz. pm, ots, mei
