Viel mehr müssten echte Reformen beispielsweise im Bereich der Digitalisierung und der Beschaffungspolitik angestoßen werden. Die Herausforderungen aktueller und zukünftiger Konflikte würden nicht durch Zwangsverpflichtungen gelöst, sondern durch die spezialisierte Ausbildung von Soldatinnen und Soldaten und die engere Zusammenarbeit mit den europäischen Bündnispartnern in Form einer Europäischen Armee. The challenges of current and future conflicts would not be solved by compulsory obligations, but by the specialised training of soldiers and closer cooperation with the European allies in the form of a European army.
