Eine Wiederholung lasse sich nicht ausschließen. "Das kann passieren, wenn Hersteller und Händler die Lieferkette nicht ausreichend kontrollieren und irgendwo auf dem Weg von der Produktion bis zur Auslieferung das Gerät manipuliert wird", erläuterte Schönbohm. Er empfahl, auch beim Kauf neuer IT-Geräte vorher die Sicherheitseigenschaften genau anzuschauen und auf die Aktualität des Betriebssystems zu achten.
