Einzige Ausnahme bildet in Sachen "Geisterspiele" Hannover 96. Hier haben sich zwei Spieler der 2. Liga-Mannschaft mit dem Coronavirus infiziert.
Wie der Kicker erfahren hat, schlägt das Präsidium der Deutschen Fußball Liga (DFL) eine Pause bis zum 2. April vor. Trotz dieser Unterbrechung verfolgt die DFL weiter das Ziel, die Saison zu Ende zu spielen. Eine vorzeitige Beendigung der Runde könnte nämlich für einige Clubs existenzbedrohende Folgen haben. Für die DFL habe aber trotzdem die Gesundheit der Bevölkerung, der Fußballfans und der Spieler oberste Priorität. Die Liga werde sich beim weiteren Vorgehen während der Coronakrise ständig mit dem Bundesgesundheitsministerium sowie lokalen Behörden abstimmen. mei
