Eine Lockerung der Reisebeschränk-ungen werde schrittweise und mit Bedacht erfolgen. Urlaubsreisen würden daher zunächst nur in bestimmten Regionen Deutschlands möglich werden, glaubt der Verbandschef. "Auch in einigen europäischen Ländern, die die Corona-Pandemie gut gemeistert haben, wird es in einem zweiten Schritt wahrscheinlich möglich sein, Reisen unter bestimmten Vorsichtsmaßnahmen zu unternehmen", betonte Fiebig. Auch Europas größter Reiseveranstalter, die Tui, erwartet, dass im Sommer als erstes Reisen innerhalb Deutschlands und in benachbarte Länder stattfinden werden.
