"Es geht daher darum, die richtigen Prioritäten zu setzen - und da werden wir auch noch einmal nachschärfen müssen. Denn wir sehen schon, dass wir auf einem niedrigeren Niveau wachsen werden als ursprünglich geplant", sagte Ilka Horstmeier. Das hieße zunächst mal, auf Sicht zu fahren. "Keiner weiß, wie die Lage in zwei Jahren ist. Wir werden in den nächsten Jahren mit weniger Personal auskommen. Wir nutzen dabei die Fluktuation, bieten ein Frühverrentungs-programm, geben aber auch jungen Mitarbeitern die Möglichkeit, nochmal zu studieren oder eine Ausbildung zu machen - mit Rückkehrgarantie." pm, ots
