Die Oppositionsparteien bringen am Donnerstag einen entsprechenden Entwurf in den Bundestag ein. Strasser betonte, er gebe "den Ländern und den Kirchen einen nachvollziehbaren und fairen Rahmen vor, innerhalb dessen sie endlich Verhandlungen aufnehmen können." Es sei nicht das Ziel, dass Kirchen leichtfertig auf legitime Ansprüche verzichteten.
