"Diskussionen über ständig neue, noch tiefere Inzidenzwerte schwächen die Akzeptanz und gerade jetzt ist Verlässlichkeit wichtig", sagte der Sprecher. Reker hatte im Rahmen einer No-Covid-Strategie Lockerungen bei einer Inzidenz von unter 10 vorgeschlagen und kritisiert, das Land habe der Stadt Köln der Verhängung von nächtlichen Ausgangssperren und Alkoholverboten untersagt. Dazu sagte ein Sprecher des NRW-Gesundheitsministeriums: "Das Land kann nur solchen Maßnahmen zustimmen, die auch rechtmäßig sind. Angeordnete Maßnahmen, die mit sehr hoher Wahrscheinlichkeit von den Gerichten aufgehoben würden, würden nach unserer Einschätzung das Vertrauen in die Coronaschutzpolitik des Landes untergraben."
Voraussetzungen für Ausgangssperre
